Court number must be quoted on the referral form.

• In Norfolk the PIPs are delivered by Norfolk and Norwich Families’ House and Relate. Please note that Norfolk Family Mediation will no longer be a provider or administer the service.

• Venues currently available are Norwich and King’s Lynn.

• Where there are enough parents they will be seen as a group otherwise they will attend one to one.

• Parents will be offered a PIP course that starts within 4 weeks of being referred.

• Couples do not attend the same workshop as each other.

• A report of attendance is made to Cafcass but not an assessment of parties’ responses. Feedback is collected to monitor the quality of the course.

Courses will be available as a two part course delivered on

Wednesday daytime 10:30am -12:30pm

Wednesday evenings 6:00pm – 8:00pm

As a four hour course

Thursdays 10:00am – 2:30pm

Clients will be contacted by Families’ House to be offered available dates.
